Life is interesting. But only if you see it.

I am a growing photographic explorer with a passion for capturing life as it happens, as I see it.

I live, explore, and work in Seattle, Washington.

Equipment & Process

If you notice what looks like film grain in some of my images, that’s because I shoot film as well as digital, using Nikon cameras and Nikkor lenses. Film images are digitalized using a flatbed scanner at high resolution.

While I like to capture people and scenes as presented to me, I do also perfect my images in Photoshop — not to alter the images, but to render them as any photographer would in a darkroom setting.

And while life may be in color, I have a strong preference for capturing or rendering my images in black and white.
